Midtown is the place to be in the evenings on Second Saturday and Barber’s Shop is at the epicenter of the action. The energy on the streets is amazing with plenty of live music, parties, and events at every turn. The people watching is epic.
We have been throwing live music shows at the shop for the last couple of years. The music has been very well received and the crowds have been consistently growing. We’ve even had several Sammie winning bands on the marquee.
People often ask if the Second Saturday events go year-round… In fact, they do! Some of our best shows have taken place in the cold of winter. We only lay off when the rains get too heavy.
